BILL OF LADING REMINDER
Please remember to use the Bill of Lading printed from the LTLRater’s BOL Dashboard when your freight is picked up.
Without the correct Bill of Lading, the carrier may not have the correct billing information, and you or your customer could receive an invoice from the carrier.
LOSS AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
As a reminder: Cerasis will file loss and damage claims for both Cerasis direct and Private Label customers. Please review the Cerasis claim help system for requirements and tips on submitting claims. The claim guide can also be accessed from the LTLRater directly; see "Cerasis Claim Form" under Reports/Misc Functions from the lefthand navigation bar of the LTLRater.
